Is Diabetic Supply Shop a substitute for medical care?
No. We sell diabetic supplies and education. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult your healthcare provider for diagnosis, treatment, wound care, medication, or supplement decisions.
Who picks the products?
The founder — a Type 1 diabetic with lived experience of serious foot complications — curates every item. We focus on supplies that earn their slot in a daily, prevention-first routine.
Do you make supplement health claims?
No. Wellness products are described as supporting general wellness as part of a balanced lifestyle. Statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
How fast do you ship?
Orders generally ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is typically 3–7 business days within the contiguous United States. See our shipping policy for details.
Can I return supplies?
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days. For safety reasons, opened wound-care products, lancets, sharps containers, and consumables cannot be returned. See the return policy.
Is checkout secure?
Checkout is currently in placeholder mode. When it goes live, we will use Stripe (or Shopify) hosted checkout — card numbers never touch this site directly. Your cart is stored only on your own device until you place an order.
What if I have a wound or infection right now?
Please contact your healthcare provider today. For spreading redness, fever, severe pain, drainage, or black tissue, seek urgent or emergency care. Call 911 or your local emergency number if you feel seriously unwell.
Do you work with caregivers and families?
Yes. Many of our customers buy for a parent, spouse, or someone they care for. Our Caregiver Foot Check Guide and Daily Foot Care Guide are written specifically for the people doing the day-to-day work.
